The Volaris refund policy is somewhat generous as it allows for cancellations and considerable flexibility with reimbursements. Customers may be entitled for a full refund of the ticket price by paying a cancellation fee if they need to cancel their journey up to two hours prior to departure. They won't pay any extra money or fees at any point in the procedure. In compliance with this policy, for travel between 45 days and 2 hours before the scheduled departure time on any given day, an unused and fully refundable ticket is available, less a cancellation cost of $25 per ticket. |
